My wife has been working at home for the past few months, and starting yesterday (6 August) she experienced multiple dropouts. These are 1-5 minutes in length, and seem random as to what time they occur (we had a few hours of unbroken access yesterday evening, but in the afternoon I experienced 2 dropouts in 2 hours). We have rebooted the modem, tried sitting in different places (we don't have the cabling to move the position of the modem, and only have one outlet downstairs to plug it into), but nothing has worked.
Drop outs continued today.
I am hoping to be able to call TPG tech support once I get home from work, but I thought that I might try in here first.

My wife has reported 3 further dropouts since I posted my initial message. All 2-5 minutes long. Some quite close to each other (as in the connection would return, then drop out again within 5 minutes).
