Hi, My ADSL service is constantly disconnecting, the service speed is also very inconsistent when it (very rarely) is working. ive tried calling TPG a few times over the last couple of weeks but only get a 'high phone traffic, try again later' message. Can someone please contact me?

We are sad to know that you're having dropouts on your service. We are able to locate your account using your given details and performed series two tests. The initial test result shows multiple dropouts however, no line fault were detected. We'd like to know if you made a change to the modem/router's current setup.
