ADSL2+ super sow

Hi, adsl2 has dropped from avergae speeds of 15-16Mb to 2-3Mb with a high level of latency. 

Can you please check what may be happening.

PS: I have completed all th reboot, unplug and isolate tests.

I'd like to know on which device(s) you experience getting latency / speed issue?
