Get online support
I submitted a cancellation request on June 02, 2020. My account was debited today for the month of July. I have tried calling the customer care without any success. The customer care executive put me on hold and then disconnected the call after 5 minutes. I called again and I was on the call for more than 45 minutes without any resolution.
How do I get the charge refunded and ensure that I am not billed again.
