Account upgrade stalemate

Anyone else having the frustrating issue of TPG taking over 5 days to upgrade a broadband plan and still have no idea on what the issue is and how to solve it. We have been on several calls with TPG customer service and it’s fair to say that nobody knows what’s happening.
Really frustrating experience.
