Activation

Hi,
I have received my NBN and TPG modem and set up it up as shown in the video however nothing happened in 2 or 3 days. I have also received 2 text messages telling me to connect to activate. When I searched the NBN website to check if there was an outage the search engine told me my address wasn’t connected to the NBN. How do we solve this

Based on the latest log on file, an NBN Technician is scheduled to complete the installation on Tuesday, 18 February 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and your attendance is required.
