Hi, can you cancel my phone and adsl? I’ve been trying to cancel my service and no one from tpg has phoned me back.
I filled out the online cancel request form which gives 1 month notice, and I was sent an automatic email saying that it would not be canceled until I talk to Tpg.
I’ve lost my job because of corona virus which would make me a vulnerable person. My next step will be contacting the ombudsman to make a complaint as it seems tpg are not allowing people to cancel their service even if not in contract.
