Dear all, our TPG NBN internet has had progresssively longer outages over the last few days. Done all the router stuff - off/on, reset etc. No joy.
We haven;t had any lightning of similar either. Just wondering if it's us or the network around Blackheath Blue Mountains?

I AM ALSO HAVING CONNECTION PROBLEMS IN BLACKHEATH AND HAVE DONE ALL THE SAME MODEM MACINATIONS! BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER MY CALLS ON THEIR TELEPHONE BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS-I HAVE NO WAY TO UNDESTAND WHAT IS GOING ON? MY MODEM PASSWORD SHOWS NOW ALWAYS AS 'INCORRECT'? MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 5932913 CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I AM A PENSIONER AND NOT TECH SAVVY? REGARDS LLOYD
