Archer VR1600v Connection Dropout.

Level 2

i Am experiencing connection dropout since i started using NBN... Sometimes there are about 2 times during the day, but lately i have been experiencing about 10-15 times a day...... The nbn box has all green light and are stable....


Usually when this happens i have to sit ideal for 15 mins and then it comes back on again. 


Also when connection drops out and i visit the modem/router page it displays this message " "PPP connection failed. Please contact your Internet service provider to confirm if your line is in good condition. If the problem still exists, please contact TP-Link technical support for further help"
