Hi,
I have recently moved house and relocated my existing plan (100mb superfast on FTTN), the new house has FTTP, so I requested to have my plan increased to the 200mb Ultrafast,I was told it was best to relocate my existing plan and then the CS rep would upgrade me on the day my service was active at the new house.
I've rung a few times and keep getting told the CS rep will call me back and activate the new plan for me , but so far I haven't heard from her.
Can I just log in to my account and upgrade the plan myself,or can one of the CS reps on here just do it for me please?. Usually when I've requested a plan change with TPG it's been handled within 24hrs
