3 hours on live chat yesterday to be transferred and ignored
On live chat since 8am this morning still nothing .
How do you talk to anyone for help
So quick to take your money and then leave you with nothing !!!!!

The tech didn't turn up yesterday and I've been told to set up the modem which I have the only light not lit up is the internet one ...I've checked the cables etc there's no internet at all but the tech has told them he completed the installation but never did
