Hi,

 

My parents have a direct debit set up with you. Unfortunatley their bank account card expired this month which they didn't realise and they didn't receive a replacement from the bank. Subsequently their payment to you has been rejected and they still don't have a card to replace the expired one.

 

I'd like to pay their bill using my debit card - is that something you can help me with?
