I have been threatened with cancellation of service due to a billing eroor. I have updated my account information numerous times and each time I get an SMS telling me that the attempt was unsuccessful. No one is answering the phones or the caht. I need to speak with someone urgently to pay this apparent overdue account as soon as possible as this is urgent.
Can someone form TPG please respnd to this Q in the least. I have tried to update my account with different cards, all which have more than enough funds to pay.
