Broadband network not working

My internet is not working since last Friday. There is no where to get help or support. Could someone here please help me out? My customer ID is 4756673, user name bofeixue, mobile phone 0432798418. Many thanks!

I have checked with nbn and noted that your account ( CID: 4756673)  transferred to other service provider by nbn based on your request so that's reason your interenet was  disconnected from TPG.  NBN has transferred service on 5/4/2020. Usually this happen when you have given permission to other provider to switch your service from TPG to them.
