BEEN TRIED TO CONTACTING THE CASE MANAGER FOR THREE WEEKS NOW. To a point, I was on a phone for 1 hour and finally, someone picked up the phone and I told him my account details and he just disappeared and hang up on me... now I have to call again. HE NEVER CALLS ME BACK TO FOLLOW UP. I ALSO BEEN CHATTING ONLINE EVERYDAY TO GET AN ANSWER... NO FOLLOW UP AND CALLS AT ALL... PLEASE CALL ME BACK TPG!
