Can I suspend my service until 5G is available?

Pre-ordered 5G but the service has been activated in 4G. As 4G internet is not my tea, I would like to suspend my service until the real 5G is available. Otherwise, I have to pay for this 4G internet service which is unsolicited.

It is not possible to temporary suspend the 4G home broadband service. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can check what other options we can do.
