Can’t connect to internet

My ADSL service is not working anymore, I noticed that my Internet light is off though other lights are on.
What should I do?

I was able to pull up your account using your community details. I ran initial test, minimal dropout occurred and it shows your service is currently connected for 12h 8m.
 

I'd like to know if you still experience connection issue and what device(s) are affected.
