Can't get new modem/router to connect to NBN

Hi Basil,

Im trying to connect Sophos FW directly to TPG ISP port, but Port 2 ( WAN ) is stuck on "connecting" status

Have entered tpg username and password ,also VDSL as 2

Sophos Firewall is installed on mini PC fyi

Appreciate any assistance
