Can't get through on the phone

I don't have nbn connection, there is no outage in my area and I have been trying to contact tpg on 13 14 23 and the phone line keeps dropping out. I have also sent an email, what other way can I contact you guys as this has been going on for a week.

I'm completely done with TPG. I can't get through to them or my account. My service doesn't work. I didn't have any internet for a whole month until 2 weeks ago and now it's off again. They still charged me. Is your service running now?
