I've tried calling on several occasions and used the 'chat with' function however I'm not getting anywhere. I used the ‘chat with’ last week being 25th March 2020 where a several TPG representatives informed me they would contact me however no one has made any type of contact and I’m needing to disconnect my account as I've relocated and no longer require the service nor in use of the service. PLEASE CONTACT ME.  Thanks
