Cancel Internet

Hi there, I have called twice to cancel my internet and both times (as soon as I said I would like to cancel) the operator has hung up on me. I have tried to use the online chat but it does not work. I have emailed TPG to request my internet to be cancelled and have heard nothing back. I have now blocked my credit card so TPG can no longer take money from my account and I have received emails and texts about payment but still no information on how to cancel my account (other than telephone - and I am NOT waiting for 45 minutes on the phone AGAIN to be hung up on). Please can you let me know how I can easily cancel my service without needing to deal with this through the Ombudsman.
