I want internet . Got connected to nbn but modem not connecting. Nobody to help .... nobody gets back to you ..... hours waiting and phone ..... and nothing . The most horrendous experience to ever have with a service. I am a teacher remote teaching and no internet or no way to get help . Nbn technician can’t help me anymore!!!!! I just want out and get internet connected fast

Do you mind updating us with what happens with this? A lot of these threads seem to get whisked away into private messages and I would like to  know how and if your issue gets resolved.
