Cancel internet

I called 131423 and I’ve been waiting for 57 minutes and no one is answering. I’m trying to use the online chat but it keeps saying we’re busy serving other customers, please try again later. I’m in tears. I don’t know what to do. Other companies have an email address where one can sent their query.
I have been paying for internet at an address where I have not lived for 12 months and I would like to cancel my internet ASAP.
I understand that with covid your staff is working from home but this is really bad that no one at all is responding. I’ve tried calling a few times today.
