I have turned to another provider and I need to cancel my TPG account. I have tried to cancel via the online and was unsuccessful. I just want to cancel my account and I am out of contract. Please advise how to initiate this process ASAP. Cheers.

Here is a process that will help you without ringing TPG as this can be difficult at the moment.
You will need to send an email to email@example.com.
In the subject put in your account number.
In the email put the reason for cancelling and include your Full name, address and DOB.
Also put the date you would like the service to be cancelled.
You need to put in all of this information so they can positively identify you from your details.
The cancellation team will then process the cancellation and advise you.
