Cancel my Internet

I have spent hours and hours talking to your customer service teams on how to cancel my internet and have just been passed around to different people with no action.
Can you please let me know how I can cancel my internet account and if there will be any fees.

Why are you able to respond to this message and not the many others asking about cancellation??

And why does it have to be a PM...tell us all how to do it and provide a link on the TPG website.

It should not be impossible to reach anyone or find the information online.

TPG is not providing service or meeting their contractual obligations.

Hi Peter,

 

I have heard nothing back from TPG. I've been trying to cancel my account for weeks, all while you've still been taking money from my account.

 

Please cancel my account immediately.
