Cancel my account immediately

Immediately cancel my TPG NBN account. As in, right now. From this date, the 27/04/2020

I have tried to make contact by phone, email and website. This is unacceptable.

ACCC law requires the provision of the ability to cancel/unsubscribe from services at any time when outside contract.

Cancel it now. DO NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN.

This should not be so difficult. This information should be freely available. I have been advised by email that it may take several days to complete cancel.

This is not good enough and will be followed up with contact to NSW Dept of Fair Trading.
