Cancel my service

Hi I would like to cancel my service and ask for a refund for the current billing month. Internet speed has issue and decided to change provider.

We are sad to know that you're considering canceling your service due to speed of your connection. We ran initial tests on your service and it shows that it has been connected for 1d 8h 16m with a passing speed on the line.

 

We'd to take this opportunity to turn around your experience, feel free to post a screen shot of the speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable for reference purposes.
