Hi,

I would like to cancel my services (existing ADSL plan which is being upgraded to NBN). I get speeds of less than 20 kbps in the morning between 8-12.

You can cancel your existing ADSL service by online

However if you have request a NBN upgrade you will need to indicate it to our customer service by chat.
