I have tried for 3 weeks to get hold of someone to help with moving my internet service from one address to another with absolutely no success. Therefore, I want your service cancelled immediately. I am a teacher and require internet access at home to complete workload. I understand these are difficult times and appreciate disruptions to services but your lack of communication is unsatisfactory. I will be advising my bank to cease further payments / deductions. Thank you in advance for completing this request.
