Cancellation NBN internet

Hi , at first when signed contract for NBN internet via phone call on 20th of February, the operator told me that it will take 10 to 12 working days to fix my internet now I received message that will fix it on 12th of April which means almost 3 months . I can't wait for three months so can you cancel my contract and refund my advance payment ?
