Cancellation my NBN services

Hi there,


I try to cancel my NBN services since last Friday. TPG do not have Telephone support anymore.

I use the online chat. Everytime the level 1 support team will only forward me to the cancellation team and ask my to stay online. But actually no one will answer after that and just leave me alone in the online chat room for an hour or more. I also ask one of the support team to request it and leave my mobile number to call back. They promise to call back within 24-48 hours. But already 96 hours no one contact me.

I also send email to request a cancellation but still no reply.


What should I do now?
