I would like to make a cancellation of my recent 5g broadband plan. I was very unsatisfied with the speed and stability. No matter at what time of the day , the speed does not even reach 10 mbps (my plan is a 100mbps tier ). Furthermore, even at good days when it does reach 90mbps, the connection is so unstable, I was getting constant ping spikes. Loading videos and online games was not a pleasant experience. So I am cancelling my service, I cannot find any cancellations option in my account! And no one is picking up my phone call. This is nothing but utter disappointment.
