Get online support
Hi,
I have now been with ""chat"" support on 5 seperate occasions since Tuesday 17/03, waiting 3 hours at a time and yet still I cannot get my issue sorted....
I need to cancel my ADSL subscription as I have moved house.
I need someone to look at my case because honestly Im at my wits end....
I'm in the same boat mate, urgently needing to cancel. I'm on my 3rd attempt and have been waiting over an hour... yesterday was 1 and 2hrs respetively.
Next thought is to tell the bank to block payment... aside from that I can't think of any other option.
