Cancellation of NBN Broadband

Hi there, 

 

Appreciate we're all in remote working environments, i am quite dissapointed with the process of cancelling my account. I have emailed cancellations at TPG with no response and have joined the chat 10 times on several  different days with no luck of assisting me to cancel my account service. On numerous occassions i have been advised my line was being transferred between chat, and i've been discounted. 

 

I'd like a response acknowldging my request to cancel my account with TPG, asap.
