Get online support
On 26/8/2022 I completed the online form to cancel my NBN service effective 29/9/2022 (to give the 30 days notice). A short time afterwards I received an undelivered mail message which had the cancellation request , so I called accounts later that morning and did the same cancellation over the phone. I was told that I would get email confirmation for the cancellation but have not received anything to date.
Can I get confirmation that the cancellation has been recorded as I don't want to get hit with being billed for another cycle.
