I have called the customer service number 13 14 23 on 26/03/2020 and no one has answered the phone for more than 2 hours. It is a horrible or ridiculous customer service from TPG.
I have also tried the TPG online chat platform for approximately 2 hours.
Felix ended the chat without any conversation.
Edward ended the chat after hearing that I was cancelling my service.
Please cancel my internet service including the home phone from today 26/03/2020 with immediate effect.
