I have tried 5 times to contact you to cancel my father’s home phone and internet service with you. I am his legal power of attorney and despite providing you with all the necessary information, I have not been able to get confirmation. Your service is appalling and I want to escalate this to your complaints department. I will be lodging a complaint to the telecommunications ombudsman as well.
