Immediately cancel my TPG NBN account as of today. I did call last week and the promised cancellation form was not emailed as promised.

ACCC law requires the provision of the ability to cancel/unsubscribe from services at any time when outside contract.

Cancel it as of today. I do not expect a further payment request.
