Cancelling the home internet service - ADSL 2

Hi, I want to canel our TPG home internet service. W moved house on 27th March and therefore requested the internet to be moved from old address to new address. This request was made last Thursday 26th March 2020, I am yet to reeive any call from TPG.


I would apereiate either representative from TPG calls me to get the internet connection moved to new address or cancel the service all together and close the account as at 31/03/2020 as from last 3 days I am using hotspot (mobile data) to work remotly (working from home) and the mobile data is chewing up at the rate of about 5 GB per day.
