Get online support

Cannot connect to internet (invalid IP configuration), but can with guest account and other devices.

Level 2

Can connect with Ethernet cable.... and when the cable is removed I am connected to the wireless network..... but it drops out after a while and the Invalid IP configuration roundabout returns. Have done the release and renew ipconfig, with no change. Another computer is connected to the wrieless network, but also had issues earlier. Seems this all started after a Windows agent update.

Has windows altered something within the router console?
