If you are logging in with the correct username, customer ID, home phone or TPG mobile number, I would recommend to do a password reset via "Forgot Password" and ensure that the post code that you will enter will match as to what we have in our records likewise the email address or mobile number where you would like to receive the temporary password.

I cannot log in either to my internet account.
I have two services with TPG, one is my mobile and one is my internet.
I can log in successfully to my mobile account but how do I log into my internet account to check usage and change details etc.?

You may log-in your account here. We would like to set your expectation, if you're on an Unlimited ADSL2+ or NBN Plan. The 'Check your account usage' section will not show data usage report as our system do not record data usage of the Unlimited Plans.
