Cannot send email to xxxxxx@tpg.com.au

Hi Team,

 

I called you to cancel my 5G home wireless plan. Your staff sent me an Email and asked me to send the information you need to xxxxxx@tpg.com.au

 

I did so but the Gmail system returned an error that the Email cannot be delievered.

 

Please advice me what I can do to cancel the service as currently I cannot use it.

Thanks for raising this to us. You may use the TPG E-mail address that comes with your TPG service to send the cancellation email.
