Change from Microsoft exchange to POP

I just got a new DELL all in one desktop.

My tpg email account is automatically set up to Microsoft exchange.

I would like to change that to POP.

How do I do that without having to create a new email address?

The Email that comes with the TPG service is POP3, do you mean you wish to upgrade the email to IMAP?
