Hi,
a few days ago I called and changed my NBN plan to Home wireless broadband. I have now recived my new modem for the new plan. It is working fine. Do I need to call again to cancel my NBN plan or it will be canceled automatically?

If you are happy with the home wireless broadband, your NBN will automatically cancel after the 7-day trial period. It will be converted to an email only service, so you can still have access to your TPG email account. Let me know if you require further help.
