My internet has been down since Saturday. Got thru on chat after hours of trying. Raised to engineering, told me it was resolved only for it to stop again. Wasted hours again trying to get thru Wed. Get thru and told they will call back within the hour. Today is Friday. Been in the que dozens of times, just as you get close to the front your chat is closed. Pathetic service. Kids and wife isolated. Can't do school. I've tried 3 times already today to chat. Keeps getting closed. Telco ombudsmen the only option now.
