Operations hours for Support team
Weekdays: 08:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Weekend/public holidays: 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM
The BIGGEST problem with that is TPG regularly do their maintance,service updates, service resets at the stroke of midnight. That means problems are more likely occur at that time
At 12 I lost my connect to the internet and I’ve been trying for 45 minutes now to connect but nothing.
I can’t call support because they finish at 12.
