We are experiencing very slow internet speed whereby we can’t even play videos continuously. I checked the NBN outage page which has no scheduled maintenance or issues listed for my area. Can you please look into this and confirm? Address is 8 Centennial Ave Chatswood. Thanks

-What time does the slow speed issue usually start?
-Are you using a wired or a WiFi connection?
-How many devices do you have connected?
