Hi, our internet has been cutting in and out for several days now. This is becoming particularly irritating as we need to work from home and access servers.
Please can you indicate if there is some sort of issue in the system that has been identified and is currently being addressed or if the issue is with the TPG provided router or what.
I have tried to initate conversations on the online support chat however, once I get an initial response from a TPG staff I am unable to reply.

Can I get more details about your internet connection, NBN or ADSL?
Have you performed a basic troubleshooting?
