Connection dropping out and issues with download and upload speeds

Hi,

My connection more often then not has been very inconsistent and drops out frequently. On top of this for the price I am paying I am recieving well below the advertised download and upload speeds.I have restarted and reconfigured my modem but to no avail. Last night the 27/03/20 connection was spiking up and down constantly from as low as 2.2mb down upto to 6.8mb and then completelty dropping out. Upload speeds as low as 960kb down to 96kb. To say I am unhappy is an understatement!

I should note these speeds were whilst downloading game updates via PS4. Just checked my connection via laptop now and it is showing 22mb download and 21.6 upload. I'd be dreaming to even be able to reach those numbers with my PS4 connection. Regardless, the speeds are still way down on the laptop for what I am paying and with what I was promised with my plan.
