I am sorry to know that you're having connection dropouts on your service.
I was able to locate your account and ran initial tests, the test result shows a multiple dropout and a possible line fault causing dropouts on your service.

Our engineering team has raised your concern to Telstra due to the line fault that was detected on the ADSL line. Telstra has acknowledged the issue and advised they will send out a technician to attend the service difficulty anytime between now until the 12th of October, end of business. Our engineering team will get in touch with you once the job order is completed. Also, there's no need for you to wait for the Telstra technician as he will be working outside.
